New York's 750-mile trail passes through Kinderhook
The Empire State Trail is a 750-mile walking and biking route that spans the length and breadth of New York State, from New York City to Canada and from Albany to Buffalo. The trail passes directly through the Village of Kinderhook, making the farmers’ market an ideal rest stop for cyclists and hikers traveling the route.
The Kinderhook section offers scenic views of the Columbia County landscape and connects to the broader network of trails in the Hudson Valley, including the nearby Dutch Farming Heritage Trail.
